Smith & Coburn Ltd is an independent washroom and janitorial company specialising in environmentally friendly cleaning products with a strong customer service focus. Dean Ford Creativity were tasked with communicating this through an evolution of their brand identity. The brand is distinctive in the marketplace and is designed to sit well alongside the brands they stock, such as Ecover, Katrin and Tork.

 

Beginning with a reworking of their logo, we went on to commission high quality photography which we used across all their communications including brochures, newsletters and vehicle liveries. We then developed a full e-commerce website which we continue to run and update along with online newsletters and social media marketing.
